My studio, Yoga & Meditation with Jenny, is built on the value of balance—the belief that true well-being comes from blending effort with ease. My teaching is guided by accessibility, ensuring that whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you feel seen, supported, and challenged. I value holistic strength, meaning we focus not just on physical poses, but on the mental resilience cultivated through meditation and the functional power gained from muscular strengthening.
